Amy (Mirabel's mom) and Tessa (Hector's mom) came to our class to make leprechauns and pots of gold to celebrate St. Patrick's day!
Mystery Reader: Mayank (Bono's dad). Instead of reading a storybook, Mayank shared a story scenario and got the children involved grouping them into sea creatures, explorers and a treasure. The children had a great time acting out their parts.

The children have created a dinosaur house using the blocks and have been using their imagination to create story scenarios. One student said that the dinosaurs were sick and that the other animals are helping take care of the dinosaurs. We've kept the structure as the children add to it and change some part of the structure each day.
Activity time: Sulin (Sienna's mom) made healthy banana pops with the children.
Rachel (Isla's mom) made yummy pancakes with the children.
